Payback/Revenge Hit vs. Blacklisting

Gang,
To avoid misunderstandings with in-sector hits, I STRONGLY suggest once you've had a few exchanges with an in-sector attacker, that you take the time to post the attacks to the forum. The only way to get a player 'upgraded' from payback/revenge hits (one for one) to blacklisting (all day and everyday) is to get it documented so a Sector Officer/Director can review and approve. It is also expected that during these payback/revenge hits attempts to communicate continue to be made.
