Is there a way we can get a role call or a roster with who, cords, level of account and highest fleet level?

Thank you guys. Ive decided to do this in the hope to bring a new element to the game, one that could make it much more interesting. I do plan in the future once we have enough people signed up, to start a location and lvl roster. but for now lets focus on getting as many of 292 to join up as possible. Thanks guys.
