Should BrodyOf292 (Brody Benjamin Bonney) be added to the Officer ranks?

Merry Christmas to you to, thanks for the vote and i don't think a junior Officer rank would be useful because i only know about 5-6 players under 16 in 292, but mabye a beginner officer rank where people wanting to become officers such as my self are giving a sort of test run where they are judged by other officers over a week or 2, and the officers could decide from there wheathere they believe that the person would make a good officer or not, and there could be a three strickes and your out policy type thing where if officers get three strickes they are no longer officer, officers could remove strick with good behaviour, sorry if any of this is repetative, also thank you all for the votes
